I requested this item as a general usage item of cookware and found out after the fact that its made for mainly one thing only

Heats up rapidly so does not stick to bottom very easy to clean

The lid is not convex but flat which means if you have this in a cabinet or on top of a fridge there are a few inches of space shaved off the top

Glass lids usually have a lower temperature tolerance but the 450 degree oven tolerance is all youll require for most cooking needs

Its cleaned up okay with a stainless scrubber but i dont know why i have this problem
