Our only complaint and it is a minor one is that the lip on the side that one grabs to put it into or take it out of the oven is so small as to be almost nonexistent and someone wearing an oven mitt runs the risk of it sliding right out f their hand

The instructions for this pan suggest that you avoid aerosol sprays harsh scouring or using the dishwasher though it is dishwasher safe
