Pros

They are great to cook with. They heat very evenly and clean up pretty easy. My only complaint is that calphalon does not make the kind of steamer i like to use. I’m a professional chef and these get a nod from me.

Heckuva deal to get this set for about 45% off regular price. Great durability. Product quality is as advertised!

With practice and perseverance this remains the absolute best set i have ever used. Instantly impressed with the look and feel of this set. My only regret is that i waited so long to order these.

Cons

It completely stick. Had to retuen it after one use of egg cook. Also turned yellowish. Stainless steel is not stainless. If you like standing at the sink for what seems like an eternity scrubbing pans this is the set for you.
