Pros

Great for omelettes and sautéing vegetables. Thicker steel, so it heats well, and doesn't insta-burn. Easy to regulate temperature (even with electric stove). Heats evenly. A wonderful easy to clean every day frying pan.

Cons

Maybe these are refurbished mismanufactured pans. The handle, as other reviewers have noted, is short and thing and bites the hand. Keep being mediocre.

The calphalon tri-ply stainless steel 10 omelette pan is impossible to clean. If you put it in the dishwasher the sticking gets worse. It is too different from the other pan & from the two tri-ply pots i have.

Great name brand reliable panany time i can find a less expensive pan or pot made by calphalin i jump on the opportunity.

Naturally, this pan cannot compare to those, but if i didn't have those, this would be my go-to egg pan.
