Pros

The lid is beautiful. It looks classy and does a great job. My only complaint is the expense.

It is heavy and cooks and cleans easily even though it's not a nonstick pan. In some cases a little scouring may be needed to remove stuck on residue.

Cuisnart makes the best stainless stell cookware around. It's usable with induction cooktops. I have a new induction cooktop which means new cookware.

Cons

When the pot heats up to the boiling point the lid makes cracking noise. It also does similar noise when i turn the lid up and down when washing. The bottom is convex, which means when i try to saute veggies, all the oil spreads to the outer edge, lea... Read More

Great quality and i use it all the time.

I find them to be a good all around pan, sturdy, and so easy to clean.

It is thick on the bottom which means that it cooks evenly and unless you are downright negligent, your food will not scorch.

Ignorantly, i stayed away from stainless steel and cooked with calphalon's non-stick.

Price

Well worth the extra money over something cheaper.

No lid and after complaint it was discounted by $60.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived looking repackaged- like it had been opened once.

It did not come in original packing.

Cuisnart makes the best stainless stell cookware around.

This one was much cheaper than one that would have matched our oxo set but calphalon is a good name.
