Pros

If you're looking for a high-quality product with a lot of versatility, this pan delivers more value than any of it higher cost competitors. The 10 inch pan is every bit as good, only smaller. This pan is a quality item.

Stainless steel is easier to clean than teflon. No hazardous teflon coating to scratch off. Bar keeper's friend keeps it shiny and shiny. Easy to clean.

It cooks evenly and cleans up easily. The handle is a little narrow so for example when baking a pan pizza in it when picking up the hot skillet with an oven mitt it has a tendency to rotate a little.

This skillet is perfect for searing, frying, simmering - you name it. The moisture channeling from the lids is very much appreciated.

Cons

I know everyone else gives it rave reviews. This pan did not meet my expectation at all. Unless you're planning on cooking teflon food, expect it to stick to this pan.

    It’s not real easy to clean but i’ll stick to old fashioned stainless steel pans and pots to stay healthier
