Motor turned over twice fired right up

After u choke it for a min it runs fine had to adjust idle screw to get it to run right

Then i hooked up the carb bowl heater and it blew the fuse and would not shift

I replaced fuse and tried again and blew fuse

I disconnected the heater and changed fuse and it worked
