Hello i bought this pinion gear for a jd model d130 the gear fit great and works like it should but i highly recommend buying the plastic bushing that holds the steering shaft in place as well its cheap 6 and can easily be done at the same time the pinion gear is changed doing this took all of the unwanted play out of the steering shaft jd says it requires two of the bushings which i would have installed but i only installed the one closest to the gear i was helping a neighbor fix her mower for cheap no more 34popping34 at all and now the steering is back to normal with the two parts replaced
