Shipping from amazon was super fast (i have amazon prime) so why even go to a store when it can show up at your doorstep!
I put anything i need to get to fast in there like rain gear.

The back pads look soft from pictures but they are actually pretty stiff and can create hot spots rub areas on your back if the pack is not adjusted right

Also i would like to point out that while many say that the new camelbak reservoirs leak mine passed the leak test just fine
