The trick to keeping this from leaking is to turn the disc counter clockwise and then clockwise. The refill-cap is nice and big, so it's easy to refill in the dark. The owner cleans it every week, and says the water tastes great.

The bladder has a handle on it which makes filling ez. Easier. Flap to open the bladder.

Cons

The fill cap leaks. Sometimes the lid gets so stuck that it takes pliers to unscrew the lid. Terrible leaking from the main screw cap. It's a shame that this thing leaked after less than 5 trips, because it's a rather nice bag otherwise.

Bladder base is broader than backpack base, see photo. The padding on the straps is lighter, making it less comfortable. Pack stays too close against my back and there's poor ventilation with the thick foam.
