You can even reverse the centre pole so that is facing down and mount your camera closer to the groundgreat stuff gets my thumbs up

A very nice feature is that you can remove the core pole of the tripod and turn it upside down so it is possible to take pictures or video with the camera close to the ground like frog perspective
