Difficult to get the battery out and you need the right tools which are sold on amazon but with some patience it can be done

Reason for 4 stars is that the battery was just slightly bigger than the one that was in the jbl so i had to do some slight cramming to get it to fit properly

Hard to install due to the assembly of the speaker but it was the only way to fix it

Yu going to need glue to hold the wire back in place or the bass speakerthe side speaker plate not sure exactly what it is called will raddle against the wires

Also clean around the wires make sure it looks exactly how the factory installed there glue
