Pros
Took about an hour to disassemble, unsolder the old battery and solder in the new battery. Then put it on the charger for the night. Just works as expected.

It has been 3 weeks and still at full charge!
Price
Saves me from buying a new replacement remote for $150.
Had to solder this to the board, but with a bit of patience, i saved the cost of buying a new control.

Rather than soldering i spliced it with the existing wire from the old battery

The wire is already so thin and paying this price point to not get copper wires is a bummer

Battery is of slightly higher capacity 210 vs 200 mah compared to the one removed but form factor wise it is slightly smaller due to the protection circuit being attached differently
