Pros

Mah battery works perfectly inside the nest gen 3 learning thermostat. When installing make sure you give the plug a decent push into the connector for a solid connection.

The original battery is glued in place with doubled sided tape and a second line of adhesive. A small jeweler's straight screwdriver helps to pry it off. Reassemble in reverse order.

Cons

Either my plug is defective or the connector is. Defective. Buying a new nest instead. Buy a new nest w a good rebate.
