I used the costco pre-cut fresh mozzarella which i just break into pieces and scatter over the sauce.

Makes amazing pizza, perfect wood fire style crust without the hassle.
Competitiveness
We have a friend who in their home remodel put a 6k pizza oven in the bbq area this one created as good a pizza for a fraction of the cost.
On the uuni i used competition hardwood pellets as heat source.

Value we got ours for about 125 plus our camp chef for about 120 the camp chef stove is the heat sourceno camp chef stove no pizza oven so for about 250 we have a good quality propane pizza oven that can turn out 23 personal pizzas at a time
