Bought this for my husband for his projects and it works just great.
A warning to home brewers, though: this thermometer surpasses 500 degrees.
For us home brewers, the 150-170 degree range is what counts most, and on this thermometer that area is about 2cm big.

That seems great until you realize that this causes the numberslines to be smaller

Bottom line if youre looking for a thermometer for home brewing go for a thermometer that only goes up to 220
