Pros & Cons
Pros
Double iron is twice the size of the single iron and has a lip down the center to divide the cooking space into two individual spaces. It can take awhile to get enough food to feed everyone just by using the single irons.
Cons
The handle is very, very small. Handles are very flimsy. Very disappointed in product.

Very easy to clean too, just wipe with a wet towel after they cool and everything comes off.
Packaging/appearance
There are also several great recipes written on the inside of the cardboard packaging that they come in so don't throw that away.
