Heats up to temp in about 15 minutes. The temperature dial is a bit touchy. If there is a wind blowing you need to block the wind to get it hot enough.
Fits 2 10 pies. But the peel set up with cutter as well. And scraper. Pizza boards and extra big spatula are necessity.
The burner is below the stone and has a large diffuser to help spread out the heat. The cover keeps it clean and taking the cooled stone out to scrape is easy. The ignition system is so easy to use.
Cons
The construction is stainless steel, but it's so thin that it just feels cheap. Followed all trouble-shooting tips, completely disassembled, changed propane tanks. Will not cook a pizza.

It’s a bit big to be used as a camping oven, but i will make room for it because the quality of pizza is worth it.
It worked better with the big gas tank.
Like other reviews, i had problems with the regulator.
We mostly cook with the oven door closed, only opening it to rotate the pizza.

My dough is 100g caputo semolina 400g caputo 00 10g salt 2g caputo yeast green can and 350g waterdissolve salt in water add 100g flour mix add yeast mix in the rest of the flour
