Pros

Three short cooks after seasoning an additional three times, works very well. Comes pre-seasoned which we loved. Great for sausage peppers and onions, cooking vegetables, making breakfast and much more.

Scrape, wipe, and lightly oil. Cleans off well. Clean up is easy with a griddle scraper, and salt like you would a cast iron skillet.

High quality durable product. Super heavyweight and easy to use. This * is heavy though!

The 16 x 24 griddle top is a perfect fit. The camp chef stoves feature 30,000 btu burners. Fits great on my 5 burner 30 inch range inside my house.

A small jar of pickles works great for the grease trap. Do buy the grease cup accessory form about $20.
