Pros

We love to camp and this will be an excellent addition to our camp chef repertoire. Best purchase for the camp chef to date. This griddle is awesome!

Love this,cooked chicken,eggs. Cooks even,cleans up nice. Makes outdoor cooking quick and easy!

Easy cleanup and seasoning. I use some conditioner after cleaning (because it won't go rancid) product comes preseasoned, but still recommend using a conditioner.

Construction is high quality and i expect it to last a lifetime. It is heavy though you do need to drop it on your toes. That was expected, it's heavy gage steel.

Cons

The heat distribution plate is not centered over the explorer burner, so it gets a bad hot spot where the burner hits the grill. It looks like this seller got a bunch of faulty ones cheap.

It comes pre-seasoned, though you will want to season it from time to time to maintain that no-stick quality.
