Pros

It takes time and proper methodology to make your cookware ready. Made some philly cheese steaks. Works great for fried rice and noodles, smash burgers, or a breakfast fit for a king.

This griddle fits perfectly on the costco the denali pro 3x stove. It takes up all three burners but gives you lots of room to spread things out. It heats very evenly. Excellent heat retention and dispersion.

This thing is a beast! Great product. No arguments just awesome customer service. Very well made. Will last a lifetime.

Heavy, but solid performer. High winds knocking it over was a concern, but not with this 35 ish pound griddle on top.

Cons

There was almost a 2 1/2 warping from front left corner to right rear. The drain hole is useless if it is two inches higher than the rest of the grill. The drip pan does not work as it should since the griddle is uneven.

The griddle itself is garbage. Seller ships with usps and shouldn't.
