Pros

Cooks evenly, and heats up fast. Heat comes from the bottom stone and up 2 sides, making it a more even heat with no direct flame which is what i need to make sure the thick crust gets cooked without burning.

Love the taste of our artisian crusted pizza made in this oven. It's kind of surprising that a stove-top oven would actually cook so evenly. Oven has a thermometer built into the top.

Cons

I should have listened to others reviews regarding fresh dough. Disappointing - did not fit on the big gas grill (fit info is nowhere on this listing), and it came warp so is not level.

This oven was very easy to assemble, step 1 wash your stone with warm water only!

Easy to use, heats quick, and makes amazing pizza!

Slide them in, turn them a few times while cooking, lift the pizza up to the roof of the oven for a few seconds to finish it off.

It's not easy to remove the stone for cleaning.

It is a little difficult to clean but overall a good pizza oven for the price.
