While you may not get a ton of smoke like a traditional smoker in the end it just doesnt matter

The only downfall is that it didnt happen on other smokeouts and there was no way of knowing that it went out aside from checking the screen

I would love to have an app that told me the temps and alert me if there are issues such as a flame out over an internet connection

I dont find that an issue because if the temperature drops in the barrel it creates more smoke to replace whats been released
