Only reason it didnt get 5 is that one of my racks has a minor flaw and the chip pan warped slightly with first use

This needs constant supervision because the heat fluctuates every fifteen minutes or so even after a thirty minute preheat 😩 otherwise the machine seems to be working well

The reason for only four stars is that i wish it would have holes drilled in it to fit probes though and also i wish the door was sealed better including the front door latch
