Pros

Perfect for homemade pizza. Makes it easy to make restaurant style big dosas and saves time. Was well packed for shipping.

It's perfectly nonstick for those uses. Easy to clean and oil. Well seasoned and took additional seasoning well. No warping or cracking.

Can easily use this pan for chicago style, ny style, or even calzones. Rd dosai made in the very first batch after purchase and rinsing clean with water. Can be used to make buckwheat crepe.

Cast iron make crusts just a shade crispier, but still all the difference in the world to me. It distributes heat evenly, and nice crust. This plate is very helpful making pizza crust crispy.

Will update my review regarding overall experience.
