Pros

Great kit for a beginner. The set is very complete. Firstly, it’s a very large & impressive stainless steel pot. And firstly, it's a great size.

Cons

It comes with quart jars, but there is no room above the jar to add the water that is crucial in canning. This means you have to put water all the way to the top of the pot and deal with constant boil overs.
