Pros
Being able to view live footage remotely keeps me reassured about the safety of my home. The smart alerts and remote monitoring via the app are game-changers. No issues ever, it overlooks the front of our house, picks up everything.

It constantly has connection issues. Frequently says offline while all other smart devices have not problems at all. Their app is also garbage and will create duplicate locations for you without your knowledge that you have to go in and delete.
My advice is don't waste $ on this bc service slowly disappears. Until canary cares for their customer’s experience, looks like my camera will be zero help, along with the company who made it.
When i send them an email that i don’t receive reset email from them, they just send the same robotic responses (click here to reset password). Tried and tried to cancel with so many texts message. They have no phone number.

We love the canary cameras and would be lost without them but never signed up for any monthly service so we cannot speak for that
