Theres a procedure when using usb cable unplugging it and plugging it and unplugging it if you screw that sequence step up the software doesnt load properly so stay wireless through whole installation

My router would occasionally reassign my printers ip address when it fell asleep therefore trying to use it with mobile devices and the printer being on a total different ip address would never connect or wake up

Reason i purchased printer after researching it for 2 months is the toner

This printer will print a decent photo if you play with the settings very deep in the menus and search wide for laser photo paper which people at staples says does not exist but hammermill makes it and photos come out very good on it

Loved the machine until it went into weird settings on its own 7 months after purchase and cannot get contacts with tech support of any kind nor can i access a manual for any information
