Pros
The print quality is also great for both black and white and colour. All in one, fax, printing,scanning both side printing wothout turning the paper automatically the paper prints both side of the paper.
Build is sturdy and durable. The inks are quite efficient and give a great finish. Special mention to their customer service.
The best features are, wifi and auto feed. Worked flawlessly over wifi on mac, ios a d android devices.
Cons
The quality of printing is very poor and slow. The worst is the desktop utility. Fifthly, wanted to return it.

Very nice printer and lots of features like colour print,black and white print, scanner,xerox,etc.
Very usefull and superb in this segment.
You can even have good printout of pictures in photo papers.
Printer setup kept failing with error 3441.
Price
Since i bought this during the sale, the cost was around rs 6700 in apr-may 2024.
However, the features available in it is excellent at such lower price.
Packaging/appearance
Not sure how the packing was done.
A lot of dust was noticed on the printer when the package was opened.
Competitiveness
Print quality is more than fine - i was looking for an alternative to shops, and its shop quality you get.
There were other printers i considered (hp, epson) where reviewers said printing from a phone is not possible; not an issue here.

You do not really need the scanner if you own a good smartphone these days of course

If you are not careful the ink dye can easily smear on the paper

I love that the intensity of print for the 34copy34 function is controllable but do not think this is available for the 34print34 function or perhaps i havent figured it out
