The seller might be shipped the defective even though there is no replacement option also. Heavy heating issue and 16 gb memory card not received. Really disappointed with the service.

When going through the other reviews i came across many reviews which went along the lines of broken seal memory card missing and warranty card missing

Broken seal yes the seal was broken and a layer of tape was applied on top of it very professionally
