Quality
It was easy to set up and it worked great love it ,one of best printers i have ever used.
Easy to use, great print quality and nice and compact.
My fancy wireless printer failed and instructions for getting it to work again were 15 pages long and mostly incomprehensible.
Last ink jet printer i got was an hp (ugghhh never again will i ever buy hp!
Price
So far it seems like a great value and exactly what i was looking for.
Minus 3 for setup, and you have 14 pages left before you have to drop $70 on a cartridge!
And when i do it will be $100.
Shipping
I bought this in lieu of the canon leased printer arriving (at work).
Packaging/appearance
Unpacking and set up was a breeze.
The item was packaged really well and arrived in good condition.

When my workhorse canon imageclass d420 died after years of faithful service i was open to another brand although i have had wonderful support from canon over the years when i had issues or questions

The first positive is that it is significantly lighter than my old printer and has a smaller footprint
