Pros

Laser printer gives you so much sharpness for the pure * that you start noticing pixelation. The printing works well and does duplex too, which is a must have to save paper and trees.

Printer wakes up quickly, and prints reliably. It's silent in the sleep mode, unlike many hp competitors that have high-pitched noise. The color touch screen is wayyyy easier to navigate than my old printer's setup screen. The attached photo shows my ... Read More

Quick setup. Connection to network is easy. Using usb 2. A to b cable (not included) is even easier for immediate use without installing the drivers.

There are no copycat toner makers for this machine yet. The cost of a cartridge is much more expensive than the knock-offs i always bought for the lesser imageclasses. It has 3 years warranty.

Cons

The angle of the feeder is too low and sometimes doesn't feed individual pages. The drivers on the dvd that came with the printer were outdated.

It makes a fine copier, but that's not what we need it for. Tossing it in the trash and replacing it with a proper printer practically pays for itself.

Not terrible, but frustrating and much more prone to daily glitches than my last canon 4 in one (almost trouble free) the more frustrating issue is that the wireless connection drops to the 2 imacs in the office. The sleep mode is annoying as well con... Read More
