The printer now works flawlessly, every single time. It does what it says but customer service is amazing. It takes a bit to get a hold of them but they fix it!

Even though this printer is marketed as a small business printer, i use it in the home and it works admirably. Easy to use.

Cons

Even with toner save enabled on the computers, the printer just eats through the toner. It randomly decides to print two sided even in the middle of printing a bunch of one sided documents. The print quality is good, only if you use cannon cartridges.... Read More

Its a great printer, quality and speed is really good, setting it is little tricky specially if you also print from mobile devices.

Many lasers printers and not good at printing photos.
