The product was delivered on time and was packed well. Got it at 4200 with all cashbacks and bank discount. It's an ink jet printer but with all three functions, it's a good buy for this value.

The wifi connectivity is the most convenient feature of course. Bought this for print/scan from smartphone using wifi. Not being a tech savvy person, it's a great deal for me if i can install a wifi printer successfully.

Still struggling to get a printout. Miss the hp ones. Never detects refilled cartridges. Do canon driver developers live on mars that they aren't aware of a4 glossy paper?

Have logged a compliant, no one visited to fix the issue. Troubleshoot guide has not sufficient information to self help.

This model is not supported & serviced by canon india. There was no onsite support, so was not able to even install. Too much of connectivity hasless and obsolete user unfriendly.
