The most troublesome problem has been the number of times it won't connect to my computer for scanning.

Bought this about a year ago, and i've already saved more money than the printer cost by not needing ink cartridges.

I got this model because a replacement for my old mx922 would have cost over $600.

To keep in mind more money for ink.

The delivery was as promised by amazon.

I have gone thru printers at an unbelievable fast pace!

Competitiveness

My epson's are no longer compatible with photoshop, and i was hoping this more expensive cannon would be as good or better than the epson.

Setup was very easy and worked compared to the epson et-2800 which would not connect to wifi.

The color inks seem to be much more faded than the epson.
