Pros

I find this printer relatively easy to use. It pulls the paper back in & prints on the back side without effort. Only negative is that it prints color prints ( on photo paper ) quite slow.

Small and sleek. Easy set up. I'm not the most tech savvy, but i was able to set it up on my own. Driver program and firmware are downloaded direct from the canon site.

Has a good ink system and the replacement cartridges are really reasonably priced. It requires fewer ink cartridges than my former canon m model and i love the light beam across the front which indicates when it's on.

Cons

Product is flimsy plastic junk. Please see below. This is expensive.

Really unconscionable. I had to escalate to amazon customer service to make them accept it back. I was dependable before it died -- i'm ok with that.

The frustrating part of this is that it is not a simple setup. We have to reinstall the software and spend quite a bit of time using the awful printer button menu in conjunction with setting up the app.
