Pros

Great printer with good print quality and the speed is perfect for our home use. Very clear and precise printing. Although, my virtual windows machine wants the paper in the back tray and the mac seems to prefer the bottom paper tray.

Cons

This printer requires so much tlc that it's almost unusable. This printer is slow, clunky and inaccurate. The printer software makes this printer a waste of money.

I try connecting the printer with a usb cable and it still fails. The printer has a design flaw that prohibits using a usb cable as there is a large black plastic cover (for what, i don't know) obstructing the area. The biggest issue for me is just ge... Read More

Teh starter ink cartridges are very small. Also, it runs through ink at an alarmingly rapid pace. The only time it worked well is when i first got it and it had the ink already in it.

The printer fails to print to envelopes after loading them into the rear tray. It also refuses to feed from the tray when there is already paper in it. The first thing that happens when i start it up is a code 1300 paper jam.
