The picture quality is amazing, so is the zoom, which is much better than i expected.
We made that mistake buying buengo brand and the quality of picture was horrible!
I've always liked canon products, and i know the quality is still there.
Price
After extensive research, reading reviews, consumer reports, and doing homework, this was the best camera for the cost i across.

Packaging/appearance
Everything is working as if straight out of the box.
The only light complaint is the initial battery that came with the cannon vixia was already 50% charged , and the 2nd needed a full charge.
