These are heavy they weigh quite a bit and just like the pictures and package description there are four bands

Gotta say i thought bands were kinda gimmicky plus i had this fear they would snap and getting thwacked by a hightension band was not on my bucket list

Also i wanted to note that my bands don’t have a strong smell like what everyone else is mentioning in their comments

These are very high quality it does not seem like they will snap

I like that these band are truly heavy duty nothing like a thin therapy band
