Quality
Bought this and have been using it for a month now, so far it's held up without any quality issues.
I am very pleased with this product.
I am worried that the zippers for this bad will not last.
Packaging/appearance
The only complaint i have is the mesh pocket on the side.
I use 24 oz and 32 oz bottles and just end up carrying them because they just fall out of the pocket.
The only thing that i would recommend is to have two pulls on the side pockets.
Competitiveness
The mesh needs to be taller and tighter in order to hold anything larger than a 20oz bottle.

Cons the bag didnt come with a bottom insert which made it a little more flexible when carrying items i added an old insert for better rigidity
