Pros
This bread is wonderful for gluten intolerant people. Little pricey but worth it. Gluten-free bread is usually a hit & miss but this one is better than others.
Terrific taste and texture when it is toasted. I like that the slices are a little thinner too. It's equally delicious plain or toasted, and the texture is pleasing.
