Taste and texture is great! Shelf-stable packaging as well. Loaves are $77 bucks with prime. That's for flavor, texture, size, and shelf life.
It tastes like real wheat bread andmakes delicious toast, sandwiches and bread crumbs. It is not too crumbly or too dense. It's equally delicious plain or toasted.
This bread is wonderful for gluten intolerant people. It makes me feel like i’m no longer celiac! One of best gluten breads out there.

Due to celiac's, i've had to go gf and just recently discovered canyon bakehouse breads - i'm abolutely thrilled with this product!
I also didn't buy from this seller, but same product.
That said, it's good quality bread, and sweeter, less bread-like substance than so many gf breads seem to be.
Packaging/appearance
One little problem occurredi love this bread but one of the loaves arrived completely loose out of the bag.
Bread was all over the boxthe bag was not closed before shippinghad to throw it awaybut this is the best gluten free bread!
