Wtf came with one of the collars broke in half

I am 5 ft 2 100 lb female beginner weight lifter and this set works well for me

I got a cylinder tube with absolutely nothing in it

The plastic wrapping for each weight was already off and just lying in the box along with multiple random cardboard box pieces
