Great for deadlift especially, but works the same as other plates as well for any barbell activity.

Needless to say i regret ever wasting money on them.

And since i will be using these plates until i die (or can't lift anymore), a bit extra cost is worth it.

I could have payed less for another plate, but i wanted the rubber cover, the roll proof design and the steel inner collar.

They arrived on time and came packaged very well.

Easy to wipe down with clean cloth - fast amazon delivery.
