They actually responded quickly and told me that i just need a tool to hold one side and the bolt needs to pass that end of locknut

The only negative thing i can say is that the rack had a big scratch and one part paints was already scratched off

Care needs to be taken to make sure the rack sits level once you bolt it together

At least cover up the outside of those boxes when the gift box was checked
