Pros

The cap dumbbell rack is very sturdy, easy to put together and good value for the money! The only downfall is that it doesn't fit smaller dumbbells (5lbs and under).

Tricky but do-able. Using a 17mm socket and ratchet speeds it up. The trick is to use the included allen wrench to hold the screw in place. Feels very sturdy.

Cons

Product, assembly and most of all the materials are just yuck. No instructions given on the wrench. Metal the bolts are made of is too soft and the provided allen wrench stripped them in about 4 turns.

This rack is only big enough to hold 5 dumbbells between10-20 lbs on a rack. The holes were not drilled at the correct location, misaligned. The bigger deal is that it was also missing one of the short bars that support the upright.
