Pros
Great for skull crushers, upright rows, bent-over rows, and the like. Personal preference is for the bar to be angled at the bend a little more. Grip is a little rougher than other bars i've uses and may hurt your hands.
The ends where the plates are loaded are threaded so you can either use a spring collar or a collar that can go on a threaded end. Perhaps the thread interface is a little loose, but nothing that will cause any issues with wear in my lifetime.
Cons
