Pros

These are the cheapest/heaviest weights i could find. They can easily be adjusted from by removing or adding the individual 2lb weights. It’s wonderful, makes workout a little harder and you can adjust the difficulty by pulling a couple of the weights... Read More

Not a complaint. For $20 bucks is a heck of a deal. Has provided great entertainment for me watching him try to sue his kicks with 4 pounds.

Everything is black so finding the end of the velcro strap takes a moment. The velcro is very strong which is good for the product but does make it hard to grab the very end to remove.

They wrap around your ankles. They are washable, too. Wearing long socks helps and wearing long pants and not just shorts also helps. Try wearing them over your sweat pants or sock.

Cons

The straps are too short to handle 10 pounds of sand. Several of the thin plastic bags of powdered lead were sliced open and making a leaky black mess. The nylon shell allows the sandbags to slip down under the strap.
