Pros

Aside from this unnecessary inconvenience, the quality of the product is very good. Customer support was quick to answer a couple of questions. No complaint to thinks of.

Their affordability makes them an excellent investment for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. This eliminates the need for clutter and saves valuable space in your workout area.

The dumbbells are made of high quality materials and are very durable. They have rubber washers where the handle meets the first plate to stop it from rattling under use. They are pretty good, specially for the price.

The collars are screw-on and work well without getting snagged. All plates feel like solid iron with a heavy glossy paint. Starlock screws nice and tight.

Cons

Was really excited to get this product. Showed up over 2 weeks late per amazon delivery date. When i call amazon to get it fixed, they say 5-7 business days to get my money back. Very shady and very upset right now.

The circumference of the handles is not a standard 1 inch. They are not 1” weights as they are advertised! The new frustration is that the bars themselves are not 1 - they are slightly smaller.
