Pros

This is the most challenging part of stuffing the vest and this is where my fingertips got sore. It's like wearing a really buff backpack that's constantly trying to play hide and seek with your body.

It’s * tough to get that any lower without practicing on 8lbs. Once that third lap hits or you go in for that last set on a hit workout, that weight creeps up quick!

It really is a shocker how much weight that is. Each bag in the 40lb model is 2. Lbs. Easy to insert and remove to adjust desired weight.

Cons

This vest really needs a second strap for the chest. The right waist strap is about 6 inches too long for no reason. If you are on the lean side like me-male 5'8 150lbs-this defiantly isn't for you.

Do not buy this vest. Go get a tactical vest with plate carriers instead. It just went downhill from there.
